Welcome you to our domain, we hope you find something of interest. 

My wife and I started this business for a number of reasons...over the years, as people knew or found out that I was involved in the printing industry, we were continually asked to get something printed, or help with a design, and for a long time we resisted the temptation to start up a small business. However, things got the better of us, and my wife was looking for some independence now that the kids are all grown up, and so Funprint was born.

We came up with the name as it described what we wanted to do, which was to have fun in the business, and also describe some of products we wanted to sell - fun products.

 

We are still in the 'humble' stage, but everyday something exciting happens...an enquiry, a new customer, a returning customer, a compliment from a happy customer...all things that make it worthwhile.

Will we make any money? Hopefully. This isn't a charity, although we've been very happy to support a couple of local organisations with donations of Gift Vouchers.

 

Our web site is a long term venture which will grow and change with the market and technology. Because we want to help fulfil our customer needs as much as possible, our product mix will evolve in both the private and business sectors as we go along.

Funprint supplies quality printed products to both private and business sectors. Anything from a canvas print to hang on your lounge room wall, to a business card to promote your business.

With many years experience in the printing and graphics industry, including printing sales, graphic design, pre-press, print production and colour management, we can help you with almost any printing need you have. If you can'e see it, send us a note on the Contact Us page and we'll endeavour to supply whatever you need, or at least point you in the right direction.

Sourcing from companies all over Australia we'll deliver direct to your door. We do not intend to import any product directly, however some of the base materials we use may be imported, buyt certainly all printing is done in Australia.

Funprint is not bound by the limitations of having to buy and maintain machinery. Technology is moving too fast, and it's a much better proposition to out source the products that our customers want.

We will be highly competitive. We'll achieve this by continually looking for new suppliers and new products.

Our product mix will vary from very high quality to budget, depending on the category or the individual items' options. Either way we'll make it clear which is which in the descriptions, so that there's no confusion when ordering.

 

Whilst there has been huge leaps forward in regards to technology levels in the industry, the basics of what people need are still there. Whether it's a business card to say who you and your business are, or any other business type document, it needs to be well designed, professional and of a standard that will do justice to what you are trying to achieve.

In some instances this means the print needs to be something totally different to the norm, and in other instances it will require a more standard or budget answer. It's up to you. Either way, we want to help you achieve your goals.
