Shipping & Delivery
Unless stated otherwise on individual products, delivery is included in the advertised price. We will deliver Australia wide. We will use courier/freight services or Australia Post at our discretion depending on the product and destination. Generally goods will need to be signed for on delivery. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that someone is available to take delivery. We will not accept any responsibility if goods are left at the nominated address without being signed for. If you will not be available for receipt and/or signing of the goods please nominate another address for delivery (i.e. your work or a neighbour). We are happy to deliver to an address other than that of the purchaser. If for whatever reason the goods are sent back to the freight depot, or Funprint, as undeliverable we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the return delivery and for forwarding a second or subsequent time. Funprint cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforeseeable event caused by a delivery date not being met.
Returns & Replacements
We will not accept returns without prior agreement. Please make contact with us at admin@funprint.com.au stating your name and reference and the grounds for wanting to return the goods purchased. If goods received are clearly damaged, this should be noted on your consignment note when signing for the goods. It's also a good idea to take a photo on your phone or camera for reference.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Funprint does not offer credit facilities direct, we don't want to be responsible for holding credit card details.  We accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer. We also provide the services of PayPal. You are able to use your credit card, debit account or PayPal account to pay for the transaction at checkout. A PayPal account is not necessary. Printing/production will commence after funds are transferred or cleared. Either way, we don't have or retain any of your financial details, we only keep the details we need to send the products ordered to you.
Cancellation of Order
We go to print as soon as possible after receiving your order and payment. If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason prior to going to print, a cancellation fee may apply to cover admin and any file preparation done on your behalf. If you wish to cancel after printing has commenced, we will need to recover the admin, file prep and printing costs associated with your order to that stage. The cost will be determined on an individual case basis. Please note we go to print very quickly once we receive your order/payment/approval.

VIP Customers
If you will be purchasing regularly from us, normal or custom products - we can set you up with your own category of items that you regularly purchase. This will save you time in navigating to the products that you want to order. For instance, you regularly buy business cards that have a standard design or template, we would make your design available in your own category that only you can see and place orders from. All you need to do is register on the Home Page, and then contact us with your requirements. We'll set up your products in a special category with a unique reference for you to use when logged in.
